VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU and Norway, while VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country.

Standard delivery from roseborn.com takes 2-3 business days within Sweden and 2-5 business days for international shipments. This may vary depending on the country you are ordering from, but we will always keep you informed.

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier or the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. All international orders are shipped DAP, meaning potential import duties, taxes & customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. Rose & Born is responsible for goods purchased with the selected shipping option ”Collect in store” for up to 14 days after which the order will be refunded. Rose & Born renounce responsibility for non-collected orders older than one (1) year from the date the order has been placed.

We aim to deliver the best in product, quality and service. If you’re not satisfied we will help you to return your items. Rose & Born offers the possibility to make a return within fourteen (14) calendar days.

To make a return or exchange a product, please send us an email with your order number and returned products. Choose a trusted carrier and make sure your parcel is delivered straight to the following adress:

In order to receive a full refund, products returned must be accompanied by their original packaging and in unused condition. We strive to issue your refund as quickly as possible. Your refund shall be made and received within fifteen (15) business days after the returned product(s) has arrived to our warehouse. Rose & Born do not cover the cost of return shipments.

You may return or exchange products in store, note that refund will be made by the original payment method.

All product(s) returned are required to be intact in new, unused condition with all garment tags attached and original packaging with hangers included.

Product(s) that have not been returned according to our policy will be sent back. Note that Rose & Born will not be responsible for the cost of return.

In cases when the delivered product(s) is damaged on arrival you are responsible to bring notice by contact, in writing, by email or letter within reasonable days. If return of damaged product(s) has been approved by Rose & Born, our Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return label.

When returning any product(s) you are responsible to prove the product(s) has been returned and to return them with a recognised carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery. Rose & Born will not be responsible for the cost of return. Rose & Born is not responsible for items returned to roseborn.com that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by your chosen carrying firm. It is your responsibility to assume all of the risks for these returns, along with the expenses, insurance and transport costs associated with these returns.
