We shall use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices as quoted on our site are correct. Information displayed on this site relating to pricing is subject to change by us without notice, but the prices on the site at the time of any order placed will be the prices applicable to that order.
Where the price for a product is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount on dispatch. However, we have no obligation to sell the product to you at the incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and noticeable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as incorrect.
All prices exclude VAT/tax, customs and delivery costs.

We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the delivery address which you gave us at the time when you made the order on the site.
Standard delivery from roseborn.com varies between 3–10 working days depending on which country you are ordering to. Times of high traffic may need slightly longer delivery times.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. [If we are unable to make the delivery because there is nobody home we will leave a card confirming that we have attempted delivery. It will then be your responsibility to arrange a new delivery date].
Rose & Born is responsible for goods purchased with selected shipping option ”Collect in store” up to one (1) year from date when placed order. Rose & Born renounce responsibility of non collected orders older than one (1) year from the date order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return any products purchased at roseborn.com according to the consumer purchase act within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Products returned must be accompanied by their original packaging and in unused condition.
Returns shall be adressed to Rose & Born, Grevgatan 2, 114 53, Stockholm.
You may return or exchange products in store, note that refund will be made by the original payment method, also note that an exchange can only be made in store for items of the same value or higher.
In cases when the delivered product(s) is damaged on arrival you are responsible to bring notice by contact, in writing, by email or letter within reasonable days. If return of damaged product(s) has been approved by Rose & Born, our Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return label.
When returning any product(s) you are responsible to prove the product(s) has been returned and to return them with a recognised carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery. Rose & Born will not be responsible for the cost of return. Rose & Born is not responsible for items returned to roseborn.com that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by your chosen carrying firm. It is your responsibility to assume all of the risks for these returns, along with the expenses, insurance and transport costs associated with these returns.
We strive to issue your refund as quickly as possible. Your refund shall be made and received within fifteen (15) business days after the returned product(s) have been collected.
All product(s) returned require to be intact in new, unused condition with all garment tags attached.
Product(s) that have not been returned according to our policy will be sent back. Note that Rose & Born will not be responsible for the cost of return.
When returning be sure to include additional parts belonging to the bags.
Since custom made garments have been made personalized after measurements and requests the product(s) can not be returned.
Fragrance must be returned in unused condition, unopened and in the original packaging.
Include original packaging including, dust bags and box.
When you try them on, stand on a carpet to not damage the sole.
Suits, Jackets and Outerwear
Please include the hanger when you return these garments.
Underwear & Swimwear
For hygienic reasons please try these on over your underwear.
Collect in Store Policy
Rose & Born is responsible for product(s) purchased with collect in store for six (6) months thereafter Rose & Born have the right to cancel the purchase. A refund will not be issued after the specified time expired.
Continued returns and/or in breach of our policies will be flagged and may, at our discretion lead to a possible ban.
