The latest collection features further developments and iterations of sportier, elegant garments from the ’60s and ’70s, shot on Rose & Born’s home ground in lush, nature-rich Sweden.
Mountaineering
For this fall/winter collection, the final layering silhouettes are more generous, slightly cropped, and packed with convenient details—taking inspiration from the warm, enveloping garments of the mountain Alps.
Alps Down Jacket
The Alps Down Jacket is a refined iteration of the iconic puffer, featuring large insulating down channels, a removable shearling collar, Japanese paracord detailing, and spacious pockets both inside and out.
As the sun rises higher over the mountains, the detachable sleeves transform it into a warming vest, perfect for the crisp alpine breeze.
The Alps Vest
The Alps Down Vest shares the essential details of its long-sleeved sibling, yet stands on its own with distinct conveniences.
Secure, slanted pockets and a lengthened back make it the perfect final layer over a tailored jacket, chunky sweater, or shirt.
Available in a soft wool blend and our silky smooth technical fabric.
Fall appropriate tailoring
This seasons tailoring includes jackets from heavy to light, from dark to light and all in beautifully brushed finishes.
Accompanied by soft muted herringbone flannel suits in our unconstructed house cut.
Hand-picked Perfection
Fabrics are carefully selected to find their right place in the collection: gun club checks filled with lively colours yet easy to match with a modern wardrobe; plain-weave cashmere in a subdued brown, perfectly suited to autumn dressing; and Super 130's wool with subtle, hidden details that reveal themselves only up close.
Seasonal shirting
The Western Shirt
The Western shirt is cut from super-soft brushed cotton and a cotton–llama blend.
It retains classic details such as reinforced shoulder panels, chest pockets, and the iconic press-button closure. A straighter hemline with side vents adds to its relaxed, casual appeal.
Cashmere Blend Button Down
The one-piece button-down shirt features a refined collar roll and a distinct chest pocket.
Its defining characteristic is the fabric—a cotton and cashmere blend with a brushed finish that feels exceptionally soft against the skin.
Unique Knitwear
Volume and softness define our knitwear this season. Generous blends of superfine alpaca and cashmere, combined with an intricate manufacturing process, create pieces that are truly unique in both feel and appearance.
Hollow fibers
The chunky polo is a heavier, more elegantly voluminous interpretation of the previous sport polo, crafted from a superfine alpaca and virgin wool blend that enhances breathability while reducing long-term pilling.
Alpaca wool is renowned for its strong, semi-hollow fibers, which provide water repellency, lightness, and durability.
Ingenious knitting
Our house staple, the crewneck sweatshirt, is reimagined in a distinctive way. Flat panels of cashmere and wool are knitted to mimic loopback cotton fabric, achieving exceptional softness with lightness.
Each panel requires time and care to knit before being cut and sewn together to create the iconic, laid-back look of the V-insert sweatshirt.
Beloved field icons
The Field Jacket returns this season in a limited wool-and-cashmere fabric with a discreet herringbone, woven in Italy. It features the same soft, removable fur collar and mid-weight padding.
Alongside it, we introduce a hybrid of the classic men’s overcoat: the Field Coat. Borrowing the most iconic details and functions of the Field Jacket, it is reimagined in a longer silhouette.
With its extended length and plentiful pockets, it fills the role of a functional overcoat designed to carry you through the colder season.
Combed cashmere
Zibellino cashmere is introduced in our fall collection. By gently combing the fabric, we achieve its iconic, wave-like finish.
The scarves are woven in Italy from supple mid-weight cashmere, finished with timeless fringed edges and a discreet tone-on-tone logo.
