Delivery Times
- Sweden: 2–4 business days
- International: 2–6 business days, depending on the carrier and destination
We partner with trusted carriers for reliable delivery:
- Sweden: DHL Freight (2–4 business days), Budbee (2–4 business days)
- International: DHL Freight Parcel Connect (3-6 days), DHL Express (1–3 business days)
We aim to keep you informed throughout the delivery process. Please note, any delays caused by the carrier or if no one is available to receive the package are outside our control.
VAT & Customs
- VAT is included in all product prices for shipping destinations within the EU.
- For the US, UK, and Switzerland, duties and VAT are prepaid (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP), meaning there will be no extra costs incurred upon delivery.
- For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not included. These will be collected upon delivery by local customs authorities.
Store Pickup:
Orders placed with the "Collect in Store" option will be available for 14 days. After this period, the order will be refunded. Please collect your order promptly. For uncollected orders older than one year, Rose & Born is not liable.
