How It Works

The Process

Every order begins with a personal appointment. We ask you to book an appointment to make sure you get our undivided attention.

First Meeting

We make a unique silhouette based on your personal measurements. Garment types and aesthetical choices are walked through and decided.

Fitting

Six to eight weeks later, we do a first fitting to check that silhouette, fabric and design all are according to your preferences.

Inspection & Delivery

We make a final inspection of your garment From start to finish, the process ensures that your tailored piece is nothing short of perfection.

A Lasting Wardrobe

Your personal preferences and measurements are stored to make sure we cultivate your lasting wardrobe.

Good to Know

What kind of garments do you do?

We take care of your full wardrobe — tailoring, shirts, jeans, trousers, knitwear, outerwear, leather goods and accessories. Each piece cultivating a long-lasting wardrobe in your own personal style.

How long does it take to receive my garment?

Excellence takes time, but not too long. It takes about 4–10 weeks from first fitting to final delivery, depending on garment, fabric and make.

Should your timeline be nearer, express production and delivery can be arranged within two to three weeks, for an additional cost.

What happens if the fit is not right?

Perfection is our only standard. Any adjustment is made at no additional cost, and your garment is delivered only once you and your fitter are entirely satisfied.

What are your starting prices?

Every garment is as individual as the client it is made for, and priced accordingly. We invite you to contact us for an estimate tailored to your selection.

Do I need to visit you in person?

Your first measurement is taken in person, either at one of our stores or during a trunk show.

As an existing client, you may also order at a distance through your personal contact, or arrange a video call. Delivery can be arranged wherever suits you best.

Can I reorder without a new fitting?

Yes, your measurements and preferences are kept on file. Allowing every future order to be placed from anywhere in the world with the same precision.
