Orders & Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Local payment methods as Klarna and Swish (where available).
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages?
All Rose & Born orders excluding sale items arrive in our signature bags. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping at checkout but please let us know and we will do our best to get you a beautiful gift.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Sweden: 2–4 business days
EU: 2–6 business days (DHL Parcel Connect), 1–3 business days (DHL Express)
International (including UK, US & Switzerland): 2–5 business days
5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by region. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:
- Sweden: Free shipping over 1,500 SEK, otherwise 49 SEK
- EU: Free shipping over 250 EUR, otherwise 15 EUR (DHL Parcel Connect) / 30 EUR (DHL Express)
- UK: Free shipping over 250 GBP, otherwise 15 GBP
- USA: Free shipping over 350 USD, otherwise 25 USD
- Switzerland: Free shipping over 250 CHF, otherwise 20 CHF (Duties & VAT included)
- Rest of World: Free shipping over 350 USD, otherwise 40 USD
6. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
EU, Switzerland, and Norway: VAT is included in the product price.
Switzerland: Duties & VAT are prepaid (DDP).
UK, US & Rest of the World: Customs duties and import taxes are not included and may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
8. What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Most couriers will leave a notice for re-delivery or allow pick-up at a local service point. Please follow the instructions from the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
10. How do I initiate a return?

11. Who pays for return shipping?
Returns within Sweden are free. For international orders there is a flat fee of 25 USD unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Rose & Born offer free shipping for exchanges.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
13. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, please contact us and we will get you a free shipping label. The fastest way to get your correct product is to place a new order.

16. How do I care for my garments?
To preserve the longevity of your pieces:
- Suits & Jackets: Dry clean only. Store on a wooden hanger to maintain shape. Let garments rest in between wears and make sure to air them to keep them fresh.
- Shirts: Machine wash cold, hang dry.
- Knitwear: Hand wash or use a delicate wool cycle, then lay flat to dry.
- Leather & Accessories: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We offer tuxedos, suits, blazers, outerwear, shirts, knitwear, trousers, denim, and leather shoes, all tailored to your exact specifications.

We produce made-to-measure garments based on each customer’s preferences. Our tailoring can be crafted by hand in Italy for those seeking the highest level of artisanal craftsmanship or produced with more machine-sewn elements in India, offering an exceptional balance of quality and value.
22. How long does the made-to-measure process take?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on fabric availability and tailoring complexity. If you have a deadline, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
