PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Methods:
- VISA, MasterCard and American Express
- PayPal allows secure and swift payment with your PayPal account..
- Klarna invoice (Selected markets). Slice it, Pay Later, Pay Now.
- Local payment methods such as Swish and direct transfers may apply.
VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU and Norway. VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country and Rose & Born are not taking any responsibilities for those costs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Delivery Times
- Sweden: 2-4 Business Days
- International: 2-6 Business Days
We partner with trusted carriers for reliable delivery:
- Sweden: DHL Freight (1–3 business days), Budbee Homer Delivery (2–4 business days), Budbee Box Pickup (2-4 business days)
- International: DHL Express (2–5 business days)
We aim to keep you informed throughout the delivery process. Please note, any delays caused by the carrier or if no one is available to receive the package are outside our control.
Store Pickup:
Orders placed with the "Collect in Store" option will be available for 14 days. After this period, the order will be refunded. Please collect your order promptly. For uncollected orders older than one year, Rose & Born is not liable.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier or the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. All international orders are shipped DAP, meaning potential import duties, taxes & customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. Rose & Born is responsible for goods purchased with the selected shipping option ”Collect in store” for up to 14 days after which the order will be refunded. Rose & Born renounce responsibility for non-collected orders older than one (1) year from the date the order has been placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges – Simplified
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’ve made the process as easy as possible for you.
- Prepaid Return Labels: For your convenience, we offer prepaid return labels for both domestic and international orders. A flat fee of 25 USD for international returns will be deducted from your refund.
- Extended Return Window: We now offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, giving you ample time to make your decision.
- Hassle-Free Refunds: Expect your refund within 10 business days after we’ve received and processed your return.
- In-Store Drop-Off for Online Orders: You can return or exchange products purchased online directly at our stores, making it even easier to manage returns.
- Return Assistance Chat: If you need guidance during the process, our customer service chat is available to assist you in real-time with any questions or help generating return labels.
- Eco-Friendly Shipping: We partner with eco-conscious logistics providers to minimize our carbon footprint, and we’re working on reducing waste in our packaging and shipping processes.
Return Instructions
- If you’d like to return an item, contact us at info@roseborn.com with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label via email.
- Pack your item securely, and drop it off with the selected carrier.
- For international returns, the flat fee of 25 USD will be deducted from your refund. Domestic returns are free.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
- If you want to send your own parcel back it's important that the parcel is delivered straight o our warehouse adress and not a private pickup-point.

Free Exchanges Worldwide
Need a different size or style? We offer easy exchanges on all eligible items. Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. In-store exchanges are also available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you’ve received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll ensure that the issue is resolved quickly. For approved returns, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Custom Orders & Made-to-Measure
Due to the personalized nature of our Made-to-Measure and custom garments, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we stand by our craftsmanship. If any adjustments are required, our team will be happy to assist you in making alterations to ensure your complete satisfaction.
