Delivery times and costs

• Sweden (Budbee, DHL): 2–4 business days. 50 SEK, free from 1,500 SEK.
• EU: DHL Standard to a pickup point, 4–6 business days, 15 EUR, free from 250 EUR. DHL Express to your door, 1–3 business days, 30 EUR.
• United Kingdom (DHL Express): 1–3 business days. 15 GBP, free from 250 GBP.
• Switzerland (DHL Express): 1–3 business days. 20 CHF, free from 250 CHF.
• United States (DHL Express): 1–3 business days. 30 USD, free from 500 USD.
• Rest of the world (DHL Express): 2–4 business days. 30 USD, free from 500 USD.

Taxes and duties

• EU: VAT included in the price, no duties.
• UK, US and Switzerland: duties and taxes paid by us (DDP). Nothing more to pay on delivery.
• Rest of the world: duties and taxes are not included and are collected on delivery. If they are not paid and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the order minus return and handling costs.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 11:00 CET on business days ship the same day. Later orders, and orders on weekends or public holidays, ship the next business day.
• During peak periods, processing can take 1–3 extra days.
• You receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

Collect in store

Orders with Collect in Store are held for 14 days, then refunded.
